Antique jadeite lamp, art deco period, Houzex

  
This 10 inch tall lamp dates from about the 1930's or 40's. And is formed after the classic double handled urn. Jadeite green was a popular color of glass used by the Houzex company from this period. There is no makers mark, but it is similar to other known Houzex products. The glass is undamaged with no chips or cracks.

The metal has lost much of its original sheen as is common with fixtures of this period, but it has developed a very nice, aged patina. The wiring may be original and the light works.
